There are two parts to our refund policy:
1) If someone starts the course but doesn't resonate with the content or the experience as a whole, they can get in touch with us anytime within 7 days of purchase and request a full refund.
2) Beyond that 7-day window, if they have dived into the content and journeyed through the material but don’t feel delighted with the shifts in your life, we’ll happily give a 100% refund on request. All we ask in that case is that they've given the training a fair go, i.e. watched all of the video content, joined some live calls, and experimented with participating in the community space.
In terms of how these affect your referral commission:
In the first case, if someone cancels within 7 days, you will not receive affiliate commission.
But in the second case, if someone really engages with the material and gives it a fair shot but still decides to cancel and get a refund after the end of the six weeks of training, you will still receive your affiliate commission.
This protects us from abuse of the affiliate program, while guaranteeing our Ambassadors the rewards they deserve for recommending ReSource to their network.
